How do I get started?
Visit our Nashville, Columbus or Louisville location pages to select the gym you would like to visit to find their hours, workout schedule and contact the local team of coaches. You are welcome to visit the location during the posted staffed hours, or e-mail the team to set up a time to stop in. If you are ready to jump in, click on the workout schedule link to set up your first visit. If you don’t want to go your first time alone, bring a buddy and both of your first visits are on the house. You will need to meet with a coach to set up your first visit and/or membership.
What time should I arrive?
We respect your and our members’ time, so our workouts start and end on time. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to make sure you don’t miss a minute. Leave your cell phones, doubts and distractions at the door, because we like to do as much as we can in the hour that we have.
Do I have to reserve my spot?
We cap our participation so each member receives the support from our coaches we promise. Reserve your spot online through our membership system and commit to your workout. You can reschedule up to 2 hours before the start time of the workout; cancel after the 2 hour mark and you will be required to follow our late cancel policy.
What else should I expect?
We don’t take our group fitness workouts or ourselves so seriously that we can’t have fun with our workouts, or we wouldn’t do it. We truly enjoy the process: the struggle, sweat and success we earn together. We are a community full of passion, energy and hard work, and sometimes that will result in outbursts of laughs, explicit language or an extra set of burpees. We are unapologetically ourselves and work to create a gym where you can be yourself. Ask questions, say hello to everyone you pass, and embrace the journey.
What kind of memberships do you offer?
Membership to CODE includes access to unlimited workouts per month and is renewed on a month-to-month basis. Drop-ins are welcome for $15/visit. LC residents and employees receive an exclusive discount.
Do you offer personal training?
Our coaches have availability for personal training and/or small group training. If you would like guidance on where to start your fitness journey, contact us by e-mail and we will set up a complimentary consultation to talk through your fitness goals.
Do you offer open gym hours?
Open gym hours are reserved for LC residents. Public CODE memberships are for class schedule access only.
Is CODE like CrossFit?
Our CODE workouts are made up of functional fitness movements, but is not a CrossFit® affiliate. Many of our members may help explain CODE to their friends by describing CrossFit-style workouts, but we are not affiliated with the organization.
Does CODE offer group fitness for beginners? Are the workouts for men and women?
CODE is for everyone, the exercises can be modified to beginner or challenged to advanced skill levels. Our group fitness workouts are for men and women.
