The CODE group fitness schedule is set-up to support you in developing a dedicated fitness routine and making exercise a daily habit in your healthy lifestyle. With the support and coaching of our professionally certified wellness coaches, you will learn to supplement the physical exercise with nutrition tips, motivation and mindset coaching, and wellness advice. Our coaches are also available for 1-1 personal training and small group training.
